Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 cups of Beetroot juice
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup of water
- 5 tablespoons of Australian Beef Gelatine
(For kids use unsweetened fruit juice)
Method:
1. Combine all liquid ingredients in a small saucepan and heat until its hots enough to whisk
2. Add in the gelatine powder (Do not boil just heat until the gelatine has dissolved)
3. Pour into ice cub trays or a mould
4. Set in fridge
This recipe makes 24 does after cut into little cubes
Tips: You can also cut the gummies into smaller pieces to scatter into a salad
