Shipping and Returns
Australian Retail and wholesale orders are shipped via Shippit, Sendle or Australia Post within 1-2 business days of purchase.
Please see Australia post for more details on posting days/times etc. We also do offer ExpressPost at checkout with additional costs. all shipping prices will vary depending on location.
We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by Australia Post or other third parties however if you experience this problem please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
THE RETURNS/REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
If, for any reason you would love to return or exchange an item/s, we will happily accept your items if the following can be completed
Includes original receipt or invoice included with your order all packaging and tags must still be attached Items must be unused and be in original condition (No Marks, Rips, Stains or to be worn). Contact us at email@example.com with your Invoice Number noted within 7 days of receiving the item If we receive the item/s 14 days after initial contact
Once the item is received back we will give you a store credit equivalent to the purchase amount minus the shipping costs. Unfortunately, you are responsible for return of shipping costs unless advised otherwise. We highly recommend when sending any parcels back that you use a trackable service as we are unable to take any responsibility for lost items.
We understand that sometimes sizes can be wrong so exchanges that comply with the conditions above and received within 14 days of purchase we will happily exchange for you. In some circumstances some prices change as sizes change so please understand that you are liable for the costs of this. All shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
