The more you care for your Grip Socks for Pilates, Yoga and Barre Bar the longer they will keep you feeling gripped and secure. SOCK-IT & CO.™ provide care instructions with every order but a rule of thumb

1. Always turn your Grip Socks inside out before washing them (Ideal if you have a washing bag to protect them from hard objects)

2. Use a gentle cycle 

3. Line Dry or you can pop them in a Low Heat Dryer 4. Do not bleach or iron your Grip Socks

At SOCK-IT & CO.™ we pride ourselves on exceeding expectations with high quality products. Depending on how often you wear your Grippy Socks will depend on how long they will last as well as how you care for them. Typically you should get 6-12 months of wear.

Depending on what shoe size you are will depend on what size you are. Please see our sizing chart on all product pages for further help. We recommend sizing up if you are a half size.
